The high standard of our devices means we get very few returns. In the unlikely event of an issue the information below details our returns policy.
14 Day Cooling off
Under UK law all items purchased online are covered by a 14 day cooling off period. To return your item under this rule you must notify us within 14 days of receiving it using the form below.
Faulty/Damaged Item
All handsets arc covered by our 12 month replacement warranty. this covers technical defects and workmanship/materials.
It does not cover:
- Accidental damage
- Damage to screens, fascia’s and surrounds (inc. fading and discolouration)
- Liquid damage
- Issues caused by third party software
- Issues caused by unlocking or jailbreaking your device
- Any components added since the item was originally sold to you
How To Report Fault/Return
To get started, please complete the below form. We’ll then contact you within 1 business day to process the return.
We will arrange a safe insured collection of the device at no cost to you. If you choose to return the device yourself, you are responsible until we receive it. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage for returns that we do not arrange.
