Can I trust suremobiles?
Firstly all card payments to us are handled by Stripe, one of the worlds leading payment providers.
All card payments are fully protected for goods not received and goods not as described by your bank or card provider.
All PayPal transactions are fully covered under their PayPal Buyer Protection scheme.
Does Your price include VAT?
Used and renewed devices are not liable to VAT under the VAT margin scheme.
All our advertised prices include VAT where applicable.
A full VAT breakdown will be available during checkout and on your invoice.
What do your conditions/grades mean?
Firstly every device we sell will be 100% functional. There will be no faults in the functionality of the phone.
The grading criteria relates to the cosmetic appearance of the device.
Renewed - Renewed devices may have had screens, front or back covers replaced (with genuine parts) and have no signs of wear and look as new.
Excellent - Excellent devices will look as new with very light signs of wear if any. From arms length they should look as new.
Good - Good devices will have some light signs of wear. These devices are in good yet lightly used condition which may have micro-scratches visible from 20 cm away. There will be no dents or cracks. We don’t sell phones that fall short of our very high standards.
Fair - Fair devices will be a fully functional handset . If you are looking for value for money and not too concerned about the overall look of the device, then our Fair grading is the one for you. The device will have visible scratches and signs of wear. There will be no cracks to the screen or casing.
What guarantee do you give?
All devices are sold with a full 12 month warranty against manufacturer faults.
Please note this does not cover water damage, cracked screens from being dropped or cosmetic wear. Please refer to our warranty information at the bottom of our website for further information.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards plus PayPal and Klarna.
How do you ship my order?
Phones are dispatched by DPD Local or Royal Mail Special delivery.
All shipments are fully insured.
How do I return an item?
We understand sometimes returns are necessary.
